Headline T&Cs:

By booking Kirsty Great Photography, you agree to the following: (a full contract and T&Cs are provided upon booking)

 • Booking & Payment: A non-refundable 20% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before the wedding. For destination weddings your initial deposit varies.
 • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 4 weeks of your wedding, the full balance is due. If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange a replacement photographer or provide a refund and discuss this in depth with you before you make a decision.
 • Photography Style: We take a documentary approach, capturing moments naturally with minimal posing. While we aim to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee specific shots.
 • Delivery: Edited images will be delivered within 4-10 weeks (dependent on workload) via a private online gallery. Raw (unedited) files are not provided.
 • Copyright & Usage: We retain copyright of all images. You may use your photos for personal purposes, and we may share selected images for our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
 • Liability: We are not responsible for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, venue restrictions, or technical failures.
 • Permissions: It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary photography permissions from your venue.
